"Beatlemania Revisited" captures the look, the sound and the excitement of The Beatles live in concert! All songs in the Beatlemania show are performed “note for note” by this amazing international ensemble who are further augmented with incredible costumes and vintage instruments to truly capture the spirit of the Fab Four. The evening kicks off with their famous 1964 appearance on the Ed Sullivan television show and follows The Beatles through their entire career with numerous costume changes including the Sgt. Pepper and Abbey Road eras. Curbside Giveaway Day is an event organized in cooperation with the local municipalities, where residents place unwanted items in good condition—clearly marked FREE—on their curb for anyone to pick up. At the end of the Giveaway Day, residents return unclaimed items to their home.
This is a great opportunity to declutter and find a new home for your unwanted items, while also picking up something you may want or need for free.
Please ensure items whether new or used, are safe and meet current regulatory requirements. It is important to only place items that are in good condition. Damaged items should be discarded. The Region is not responsible for quality of items placed out for the Curbside Giveaway Day.

Join the Scugog Shores Museum for an afternoon of hands on learning. Learn the basics of the heritage craft of leather working by designing your own leather keychain. Participants will stamp, carve, and paint their own leather keychain using various tools and techniques. Join us before your workshop in a tour of the Museum Village and explore the Harness and Cobbler shop to see examples of 1800s leather working and design.

SCUGOG MEN’S HOCKEY LEAGUE GOLF TOURNAMENT!
Friday September 6
Since 2002, the Scugog Mens’ Hockey League has held an annual golf tournament and to date have raised over $300,000 for local charities.
This year proceeds will go to support Community Care Durham/Scugog, Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Durham, Durham Motorcycle Ride for Dad, Port Perry Legion, and a local family in need.
The tournament will be held on Friday, September 6th at Wolf Run Golf Club.

Curbside Giveaway Day

Curbside Giveaway Day is an event organized in cooperation with the local municipalities, where residents place unwanted items in good condition—clearly marked FREE—on their curb for anyone to pick up. At the end of the Giveaway Day, residents return unclaimed items to their home.
This is a great opportunity to declutter and find a new home for your unwanted items, while also picking up something you may want or need for free.
Please ensure items whether new or used, are safe and meet current regulatory requirements. It is important to only place items that are in good condition. Damaged items should be discarded. The Region is not responsible for quality of items placed out for the Curbside Giveaway Day.
